If I have my way, Patriot is slotted for a total rebuild with a Dodge Magnum V-6, and the car will be used for SCCA SOLO-II or drift competitions, along with some forays into audio competitions as well.
If my better half has her way, Patriot would be hauled off for the $25 worth of scrap that he’s actually worth right now.
The original motor is sitting in Dezert Cruizer, after most recently sitting down in Rambunktious. And was running (besides eating a battery every week, because of a short in the points) when it was pulled.
So Patriot as he sits now wouldn’t be worth much as scrap. The motor and transmission are worth more as scrap aluminum, than the whole car is worth now.
